This past weekend, I think I figured out the problem (or at least part of it) while setting up a new system for a new employee. I have seen a number of complaint threads similar to this on the MS forums, but there has been no real "fix" so far, that I can see, so I'm coming to the group here to see if you can help - because you usually do when MS fails. If it is just hibernating or asleep, it is not too bad. ![]() Version 1607 Build 14393.1198Įver since Microsoft (and honestly, some other developers) sent out their "knee-jerk" updates to combat the past WannaCry outbreak, our systems have been uber slow when cold starting. We are running Windows 10 Pro in our office.
